Hatha (Sivanada) Yoga - 4 Levels

Hatha Yoga is a slower-paced stretching class with some simple breathing exercises.  The Intro and Beginner Levels are good places to learn basic poses, relaxation techniques, and become comfortable with yoga. 

Following a standard format, Sivananda hatha yoga classes are based on a routine of breathing exercises, sun salutations, a series of 12 classic yoga postures and relaxation.

Things to Know...

  • Intro (Level 1): no previous experience necessary; all poses and breath work are explained in-depth.
  • Beginner (Level 2): once you are familiar with the foundation postures, this class adds length and strength to your body.
  • Intermediate (Level 3) & Advanced (Level 4): once you feel confident and choose to deepen your yoga practice, these classes advance your knowledge and increase strength.  Poses such as headstands and shoulder-stands are worked on.

The Next Power Week Will Run From June 18th to 24th.  $20.00 for Unlimited classes.
