Hot Yin Yoga


Hot Gentle Yoga


Moksha Yoga

  • A modification of the Bikram style, this is an easier class for beginners, but is still a challenging workout.

Bikram Style Yoga

  • 26 poses at a challenging, intermediate level.

Hot Ashtanga Yoga

  • This class performs the primary series asanas, in the heat!
  • An intense workout, this is one of the toughest hot yoga workouts.
  • Suitable for intermediate to advanced students.

Hot Core Power Yoga

  • Incorporating balance, cardio, flexibility, and strength, this class challenges your deepest core muscles.
  • Slightly less intense than Core Fit Hot Power Yoga, however still a great workout.

**NEW** Core Fit Hot Power Yoga

  • Incorporating balance, cardio, flexibility, and strength, this class intensely challenges your deepest core muscles.
  • Very intense; suitable for intermediate to advanced yoga students and athletes in training.

Things to Know...

  • Stay hydrated!  Drink plenty of water beforehand, and be sure to bring lots of water to class with you.
  • Bring your own mat and towel.
  • Mat rentals available at front desk ($5.00 / mat).
