Introductory Pilates

New to Pilates?  This is the class for you!  Learn the principes of breath, pelvic & shoulder stability, and the proper use and engagement of deep abdominal muscles.  Mat exercies are performed at a slow pace.

Things to Know...

  • Suitable for any fitness level.
  • Twice a week classes are recommended.

We are currently in week 3 of our 8-week session.
 
The Next Power Week Will Run From June 18th to 24th.  $20.00 for Unlimited classes.
