Join us for an interactive 10-week study course to develop your Best Year and Best Life. Starting before the New Year to establish your new way of being and continue until February to anchor in the changes. This club will meet from 6:00pm to 8:00pm every Thursday evening.

In this 8-week class, participants will learn effective self-hypnosis techniques to release unwanted pounds. Recharge your motivation, and create powerful positive affirmations for weight loss success! This class will meet from 3:00pm to 4:30pm every Saturday afternoon.

With Hypnotherapist Candace McLean, you & your partner will learn hwo to use hypnosis for the purposes of relaxation, sleep, physical comfort, bonding with baby, breathing, preparation for birthing, parenthood, and more.
