Pilates Mat Mix

Have more fun with your Pilates workout with the addition of various strenth training equipment.  This class mixes the mat routine with core challenging exercises using the stability ball, BOSU, and foam rollers.

Things to Know...

  • This is an Essential & Essential + Level class, so some experience at an Intro Level is required.

The Next Power Week Will Run From June 18th to 24th.  $20.00 for Unlimited classes.
