Brief Explanation of Reformer Training

Reformer 1

One of the greatest benefits of Pilates Reformer Training is that it truly 'reforms' the way that you move.  The unique reformer machine may seem daunting at first, however once you try one class, you'll be hooked.  With a variety of different intensity levels available, and the ability to perform over 100 different exercise, the versatility of reformer training makes each class a new and exciting experience.  If you're still unsure, click here for a more detailed explanation of what you can expect from your first reformer class.

Reformer Classes at The Bodymind Centre

Intro Reformer

  • Start here.  If you're brand new to reformer training, you must complete this class first.  
  • Twice a week is recommended.

Essential Reformer

  • Once you have completed Intro Reformer, you can move on to this more challenging class.

Essential +/Intermediate Reformer

  • Be prepared to work!  A quicker pace and higher resistance makes this reformer workout one of the best ways to get whipped into shape.

Power Week

We are currently in week 3 of our 8-week session.
 
The Next Power Week Will Run From June 18th to 24th.  $20.00 for Unlimited classes.
