january 7th to february 7th: 30-Day Yoga Challenge

The Yoga Challenge wraps up with the first chilly days of February.  Dig deep and finish strong!

investment: free for members: $100.00 for non-members

 

Saturday 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th: Motivational Weight Loss Through Hypnosis

(4-7 of 8)

 Your subconscious mind has the power to end your struggle with food!  Discover how the subconscious mind works, and how it can be a powerful ally in releasing weight permanently.  In this 8-week class, participants will learn effective self-hypnosis techniques to release unwanted pounds.  Recharge your motivation, and create powerful positive affirmations for weight loss success!  This class will meet from 3:00pm to 4:30pm every Saturday afternoon.

Investment: $20.00 per class

 

Thursday 2nd & 9th: Have Your Best Year Club (4-7 of 12)

Join us for an interactive 10-week study course to develop your Best Year and Best Life.  Dig into your subconscious beliefs that no longer serve you and finally create the life you have always wanted.  Starting before the New Year to establish your new way of being and continue until February to anchor in the changes.  This club will meet from 6:00pm to 8:00pm every Thursday evening.

Investment: $15.00 per class

 

Sunday 12th: Partner Yoga for Valentine's Day

Bring a friend or lover and have a lot of fun exploring yoga postures in pairs.

Investment: $20.00 per individual or $30.00 per couple

 

Sunday 19th & 26th: Hypnosis for Peaceful Pregnancy (1-2 of 5)

A comprehensive hypnosis program for pregnancy & childbirth with Hypnotherapist Candace McLean.  You & your partner will learn how to use hypnosis for the purposes of relaxation, sleep, physical comfort, bonding with baby, breathing, preparation for birthing, parenthood and more.

Investment: $250.00
