Yin Yoga

Yin yoga targets connective tissue, specifically ligaments and tendons in the joints and spine ('Yin' tissues), by utilizing long-held, relaxed floor postures.  Over time, practice of Yin yoga can lengthen these tissues, increasing range of motion. 

This practice strengthens chi flow and maintains the health of the meridian system of the body, and is the ideal complement to dynamic, muscular or 'Yang' forms of yoga.

Things to Know...

  • Accessible to all yoga practitioners, regardless of experience or skill level.

We are currently in week 3 of our 8-week session.
 
The Next Power Week Will Run From June 18th to 24th.  $20.00 for Unlimited classes.
