After years of living and teaching around the world, Jennifer is thrilled to be back in Thunder Bay teaching at the Bodymind Centre. Jennifer did her yoga teacher training in Mysore, India in 2008. Her style is based on traditional hatha yoga incorporating elements of flow, yin and mindfulness. Jennifer spent the past year living in Bali, practicing yoga with some of the world’s top instructors. Jennifer encourages students to practice with ease and full awareness. At the end of each class expect to feel calm, centered and stretched in all directions.
