Beginner Reformer Pilates utilizes a reformer machine with adjustable resistance and a sliding platform. The exercises performed on the reformer are low-impact and focus on building strength, improving flexibility, and enhancing body awareness and coordination. Beginner Reformer Pilates is designed to introduce students to the basic principles of Pilates, including breathing, concentration, control, centering, precision, and flow. The reformer provides support and resistance, which allows for a full-body workout that targets specific muscle groups while also promoting proper alignment and posture. Our Beginner Reformer Pilates is a progressive class over 8 weeks. Beginners are welcome to join within the first two weeks of each new session.
