Pilates Reformer - Sculpt & Tone
Sculpt and Tone Reformer Pilates focuses on building lean muscle mass and toning the body while utilizing a reformer machine with adjustable resistance and a sliding platform. The exercises performed on the reformer aim to target specific muscle groups, including the arms, legs, glutes, and core, through a combination of high repetition and low weight resistance training. Sculpt and Tone Reformer Pilates also incorporates traditional Pilates principles, such as breathing, concentration, control, centering, precision, and flow, to improve overall body awareness and coordination.
Beginner Reformer Pilates Pre-Requisite required.
