Welcome to The Bodymind Centre. We have something for everyone with over 80 multi-level yoga and pilates classes. We are the only HOT yoga studio in Northwestern Ontario with Bikram Style , Moksha, Hot Yin, Hot Gentle and Hot Power Yoga classes.
Memberships, session registration and drop-ins available. We have Stott pilates mat and reformer classes from intro to intermediate.
We also offer a variety of integrative health services including Thai Yoga massage, Structural integration, Acupuncture, Traditional Chinese medicine, BodyTalk, Hypnotherapy, Healing Touch, Cranio-sacral Therapy Reiki and our Registered massage Therapist is available on Sundays too!
