Kim came to yoga after caring for her mom at the end of her life. This chance to slow down and spend time quieting her mind and being in her body provided her with some deep healing.
As yoga became a regular part of my day and more of a lifestyle, I developed a thirst for a deeper knowledge and understanding of the beginnings of yoga.
