After returning from her Structural Integration Training in Boulder, Colorado in 1995, Erin opened The Bodymind Centre in Thunder Bay, Ontario.
Irene is passionate about yoga since discovering it’s benefits 35+ years ago.
MSc Biology, YA-RYT-500. I am a certified 500 hour yoga teacher in Hatha Tantra as well as being certified in Restorative, Yin, Somatics and Yoga for Stress, Anxiety, Depression and PTSD.
Nancy loves to teach Hot Yoga, Yin Yoga, Alignment based Hatha Yoga, and Restorative Yoga.
Lori is a Registered Trauma Informed Yoga and Meditation Teacher.

A family oriented, fun-loving, traveler, Sandi has been a student of Pilates for 15 years and a teacher for 10 years.
Jackii Raynard is a jack of many trades; yoga teacher, social worker, rower and mother.

Leanne teaches with a strong foundation rooted in the classical path of Hatha Yoga.
Born and raised in California, a Thunder Bay resident for 3 years, this yogi brings a little sunshine wherever she goes.

Kim came to yoga after caring for her mom at the end of her life. This chance to slow down and spend time quieting her mind and being in her body provided her with some deep healing.

Sheila Sundell is a Registered Massage Therapist (CMTO 2008) and a Certified Movement & Mobility Specialist (M|WOD Institute, California)
As yoga became a regular part of my day and more of a lifestyle, I developed a thirst for a deeper knowledge and understanding of the beginnings of yoga.
Anne currently teaches a 55+ Fit for Life class, and Ergonomic yoga every Tuesday and Thursday!
